Anson Group Announces Additions to Management Team

The Anson Group has announced two additions to its management team.
Anson has named Scott Thiel Director of Connected Health Operations. Mr. Thiel will assist clients in successfully commercializing wireless, mobile, and networked technologies in compliance with the rules and policies of the FDA and other regulatory agencies. Mr. Thiel has over 23 years of medical device industry experience that includes medical device development, regulatory registration, and Quality System experience with U.S. and EU regulations. Prior to joining Anson in 2011, he served as a Global Regulatory Affairs Manager at Roche Diagnostics. Mr. Thiel holds degrees from Ball State University and Indiana Wesleyan.
Scott Durlacher has been named Anson’s Director of Compliance. In this role, he will direct services related to Quality System and regulatory compliance matters, including the remediation of FDA actions such as Warning Letters, FDA 483’s, and Consent Decrees. Mr. Durlacher has over 18 years of diverse industry and consulting experience, including leadership positions in Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Research and Development, and Operations in medical device, biotech, and biologics organizations. Mr. Durlacher has worked with Anson since 2009, serving as the lead on several compliance projects. He holds degrees from Purdue University and Vanderbilt University.
