Join us as we host life sciences community leaders to network and learn about resources in Bloomington and the impacts of the new health care legislation.

Clint Merkel, Director of Life Sciences at the Indiana Center for Life Sciences (ICLS), will highlight the growing capabilities of the ICLS.

A keynote presentation will follow:

“Changes in Healthcare on the Horizon: Medical Device
Industry Perspective”

Presentation by:
Allison Giles, Vice President of Federal Affairs, Cook Group, Inc.

Allison will discuss the changes and opportunities in our evolving health care system. She will discuss the impact of several new policies included in the new health reform law, the Accountable Care Act, and highlight how these changes might affect patients seeking new medical therapies in the United States.
