Cook Group Buys General BioTechnology

General BioTechnology, an Indianapolis-based firm involved in cell and tissue processing and cryopreservation technologies, has been acquired by medical device company Cook Group. General, which operates banks for umbilical cord blood and reproductive tissues, will be renamed Cook General BioTechnology.
