SBIR/STTR Legislation Reauthorized, Venture Backed Companies Included

The SBIR & STTR Programs have finally been reauthorized! This 6 year reauthorization, included in the National Defense Authorization Act, will allow venture capital backed companies to compete for up to 25% of SBIR grants from NIH, DOE and NSF and 15% at other agencies.
